the assault of Rev. Clifton ray walker, sr. and Mr. tony scott, citizens,

                                               by “police officers”

     DJ BLAPPERT
DUI - DEATH CASEhttp://web.me.com/unknown-account/Site/DJ_Blappert_-_DUI_Death.html

On August 18, 2010, after a high-speed chase and crash into a power-pole, the police subdued a suspect.  Mr. Tony Scott and Rev. Clifton Walker, life long members of this neighborhood, approach the crash location to check on the health of Mr. Scott’s relative, the suspect.  The 1st officer tells them to leave.  They are leaving, but attempt to explain their relation to the suspect, when the 2nd officer arrives.  The 2nd officer, refusing to listen to what the citizens attempt to say, screams for them to leave.  Before they can leave, officer 2 approached Mr. Scott, grabs his arm very  hard, then shoves him 5 to 7 feet away.  The citizens attempt to leave, but the officers follow them around the corner of a building.  Officer 2 advises Mr. Scott that he was going to tase him.  Mr. Scott advised that he has a heart condition.  3rd officer grabs arm and neck of Rev. Walker and slams him to ground.  2nd officer tases Rev. Walker, in back, while he is on the ground, twice.

NOTE:  no barricades, yellow tape, saw horses, fences, etc were erected until AFTER the arrests of Rev. Walker & Mr. Scott.

I have much more to present, but it will take time.  Come back while this site is under construction to see more.

While watching the video, please ask yourself this:  what would life be like without video?  Do you think that we would know the truth?

WHAT POSSIBLE REASON WOULD OFFICER PAUL RHODES ARREST MR. SCOTT. . . After shoving Mr. Scott, Mr. Scott continued walking in the direction that the officer shoved him.  He was in full compliance.  However, once Officer Rhodes shoved Mr.  Scott, Rhodes was subject to being sued for the assault.  Thus, Rhodes obviously decided that it was strategically better for him to arrest Mr. Scott and use the threat of criminal conviction as leverage against the lawsuit.  Without the video, the officer could have fabricated that he was the one assaulted.   This, in no way, can be acceptable in a civilized society.  I am soliciting your opinions.  Tell me if you don’t agree.  I must admit . . . I become physically ill when I watch this video.  Once the officers got the citizens around the corner, they broke the law.  TO MY KNOWLEDGE, NO AGTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AGAINST THESE OFFICERS.

Both Rev. Walker and Mr. Scott have been charged with “RESISTING ARREST” AND “DISOBEYING AN ORDER OF AN OFFICER.”  Rev. Walker has not been to trial.  Mr. Scott went to trial in City Court.  He was found not guilty of “RESISTING ARREST,” but guilty of “DISOBEYING AN ORDER OF AN OFFICER.”  WE WILL APPEAL THAT CONVICTION.

NO OFFICER HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH ANYTHING, AND WE DON’T KNOW IF THEY HAVE EVEN BEEN SCOLDED.

We have requested the “DISCOVERY” in the cases, which consists of all evidence concerning the criminal charges.  We have some problems:

  1. 1. We have not received a valid video from the Taser Gun.*

  2. 2. Somehow, the Rev Walker has three taser burns.  Because a taser has only two probes, the logical explanation is that one was picked up and stuck into Rev. Walker. **

  3. 3.We have not received a report/narrative from/by Officer J. Fore.  ***

  1. * Taser guns have built-in video cameras.  When they are fired, the video is automatically activated so the public can witness what situation is presented to the officer so that the situation can be assessed at a later time to determine if the officer acted properly.  Both I and an attorney representing another defendant received a dvd of the taser shot which has no video and the audio is not audible.  The officer who fires the taser has possession of the video until it is delivered to the investigator on each case.  We are concerned that the video was somehow damaged.  If it is “damaged,” then the more serious question is why/how was it damaged.  Hopefully, not intentionally.

**  Rev. Walker appears to have three pierced/burns in his body.  We also have his shirt which corresponds to the same.  Each Taser fires two prongs which means that he could have been shot more than one once, and perhaps, by an additional officer.  Note, it is our contention that he should not have been shot at all.

***  Officer J. Fore was the officer who threw Rev. Walker to the ground

The two primary offending officers were :

  1. 1.   Officer P.M. Rhodes; &

  2. 2.    Officer J. Fore.

We have not been given the Narrative from J. Fore, yet, but we do have the Narrative from Officer Paul Rhodes.  A Narrative is the written report prepared by each officer who witnesses or took action in a case.  This report is a very important part of any criminal case, and it is expected to be accurate and honest.  The information in the reports with guide the investigation, and be relied upon by the case investigator to make critical decisions which impact people’s lives - forever.

The videos depict J. Fore’s shocking and unexpected assault against Rev. Walker.  I am most anxious to obtain his report so I can begin to understand what he could possibly state to justify his actions.  Once obtained, I will report to the public.

Officer P.M. Rhodes’ report is not only contradicted by Mr. Scott and Rev. Walker, but it is also contradicted by the video.

Pictured left, please see three holes burned into Rev. Walker’s back and side

The Reverend’s right leg was under Dr.’s care due to blood clots.  (See below) He left the comfort of his home to render aid when he heard the crash in his neighborhood of 40+ years. The officer aggravated his leg injury when he slung Rev. Walker around and down . . .  then intentionally shut his leg in the cop car door . . . several times.  HOW SAD

RIGHT, is the picture of Rev. Walker’s legs, showing condition.

RIGHT/BELOW, is the video showing what the officer did to Rev. Walker’s swollen leg - closing the door on it

This video is a  look from a different camera angle which shows:

  1. 1.  they did not cross a barricade - it had not been erected at the time of their approach

  2. 2.the officers assaulting the men

  3. 3.you can hear the taser FIRE and Rev. Walker scream in pain

This is a Taser Probe

One broke off in Rev. Walker’s back which was later removed at the hospital

The video below is the reverse angle of the above, you can see the second half much more clearly
